All about the world

How to spread positivity in this hard time?

To improve your attitude and to see the life in a positive way overall might take a long time and lot of efforts. But a part of it could be simple. Be the change that you want the world to be. This will not only make your life better, but also others. As time passes by, you tend to get what you give.

Smile always change one’s bad time. When you feel negativity, try to smile for a few seconds. You might feel lighter. When you look at someone, give a smile. It might shift their mood. Sometimes your smile can be you identity, and who knows.

Compliment people, when they try to express their skill. Compliments are awesome, but make sure you give a genuine one. If not so, it will show your duplicity. So compliment when you really mean it, otherwise it might have an opposite effect to what you expect.

Playing positive music is a great way to boost your mind. Not just yours, it will even help others to feel energetic. When you listen to a uplifting song or a music video, try sharing it to others through social media.

Spend quality time with your children, to know them better. Assure them of your support, at any point of their life. Try to discover their hidden talents, and help them improvise it, so as to increase their self-confidence. Teach them about good and bad touch. Teaching them about equality at a tender age, will help improvise themselves as a better person and they could make a better future.

Just listen when people tell you something, rather than arguing. Never try to judge anyone, instead share your opinion. It will make you a better person. When you learn about others’ struggles, try to console rather than just giving an ear. Whenever you come to know a person in your locality(for example) is under depression, try to cheer them up, and change their view. It will change their life, and they’ll always show you gratitude.
