BENEFITS OF A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE

Following a healthy life style is neither giving up your favourite snack nor working out rigorously everyday. Here are a few tips to follow a healthy life style.

1. Drink at least 3 litres of water everyday. Human body is composed of 60% water, and our blood contains 90% water. Water is essential for the functioning of body parts, especially kidneys. Hydrating our body gives a healthy skin and keeps us refreshed all day.

2. Drinking hot water(140 deg Farenheit) early in the morning and right before bed time is a optimal health benefit. Also, drinking hot water 30 minutes after meal helps in proper digestion.

 Hot water helps to relieve from nasal congestion and constipation. It also helps in weight loss when it is made a routine everyday. Hot water could calm your central nervous system and lubricate your body.

3. Water helps to regulate body temperature. Drinking more water after exercise helps in reducing physical strain if heat stress occurs. Hot water + Lemon (or honey) helps in weight loss when taken regularly for at least 6 months. 

4. Choose your favourite sport, say it Badminton, Cricket, Football, Volley ball, etc and add it to your daily routine. This keeps your body active and energetic. It also improves your mood. 

5. Prefer walking or cycling or skating, rather than driving a car. If you are not a workout lover, you could opt any of these, which is a very good exercise to your body and boosts your mental health. It also helps you to intake natural air and makes you feel refreshed.  

6. Prefer fresh fruits or fruit juices rather than soda. Fruits provide essential vitamins needed to your body and also improves your skin texture, thus giving you a healthy look. 

7. Talk more. You read it right. This may sound strange, but talking out of your heart could help to improve your mental health and shifts your mood. Talk to your friends, family and people who love you.

8. Bake and eat, rather than deep fry. 

9. Prefer  brown sugar rather than white sugar. Reduce the amount of white sugar intake.
